Is it bourbon time yet?

Two New Salad Dressings Have Entered the Building

Something that anyone who's followed this blog probably wouldn't guess about me is that in recent times, I've kept pretty strictly to salads for lunch. Whether that's doing me any good, I couldn't tell you, but I do try to keep it interesting with a variety of dressings.

So then, I've picked up these two new (to me) dressings in the last week, and I have to say I don't hate them. The Creamy Greek one piqued my interest, since I'm so fond of Creamy Italian and (as I recently discovered) Creamy French. Trying another Creamy nationality seemed like the logical next step.

It tastes pretty much as you would expect—like a gyro without the pita. But I'm not complaining. It's new, and it has zest. I may not use it as much as some others, but I will continue to use it.

And then we have the Country French. Now this, my friends ... this is a keeper. I'd call it very akin to my favorite of all Chick-fil-A sauces, the Polynesian sauce. I don't know what Polynesia has in common with the French country, but the flavor is quite similar. Quite. And I dig it.

So then, those are the additions to my salad dressing repertoire, and I hope this has been informative to someone. If not, this vodka I'm drinking will reaffirm my lust for life just fine.
