Why do I need clear nail polish, you ask? Well, not for putting on my nails, OBVIOUSLY. What would be the point of that? No, this is to put a little safety seal on that awesome repair I did to my laserdisc player yesterday. You remember the one ... with the two screws?
Well, thanks to my X follower David Anton, I was reminded of the recommended trick of coating the pertinent screw with clear nail polish to secure it in place should any jostling occur. And that's just what I'm going to do.
But how did I get it for FREE??? Well ... CVS coupons, my friends. CVS coupons are good. They covered all $8 of it. Wham, bam, thank you CVS coupons.
OK, I'm gonna go in there now and give my laserdisc player screw a fresh polish.
